We, at the Albany Ad Club, are thrilled that you are considering entering an assignment into the American Advertising Awards (ADDYs) competition. Please read the instructions below before clicking on the url to begin the entry process.

Very important information:

Bring the following when you drop off your entry:
(if an entry is incomplete, you will have to wait until the next entry date to submit it)

  1. 1. One copy of your entry with the entry label attached

  2. 2. One copy of your signed and dated manifest form (which summarizes your entry and states your total fee)

  3. 3. Cash, card or a check made out to the Albany ADDYs for the amount listed on the manifest

There are two drop-off opportunities for students:

Student and Professional Early Bird Entry Day: Saturday, January 14th, 2017 from 10am - 1 pm
at Studio136 - 136 Everett Road, Albany, NY 12205

Student and Professional LATE ENTRY Day: Tuesday, January 17th, 2017 from 5:30pm - 7pm
at Studio136 - 136 Everett Road, Albany, NY 12205

Please remember that the way you enter the information into each field is exactly how it will appear throughout the ADDY process – from entry lists, to judging sheets, to the program book. Please make sure to use the appropriate upper and lower case in all fields and proofread before submitting. We’ve written some hints to help you with the entry pages:

It is also to your advantage to submit print items as opposed to submitting a photo of them. This way the judges are able to judge your entry more fully if they can review it in person.
