MARKETING & E-COMMERCE MANAGER :: BEEKMAN 1802

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee & execute marketing strategy for the Company
  • Manage both e-Commerce and Content websites:
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic
  • Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion
  • Track conversion rates and make improvements to the e-Commerce site
  • Manage seasonal redesigns
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics
  • Responsible for strategic marketing planning & budgeting
  • Create & execute e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Oversee social media strategy for the Company
  • Develop and oversee the effective planning and execution of content & commerce across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness
  • Create & manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Responsible for all aspects of product listings, including timing, copy, photography, variants, sales, publishing & removal of products
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-Commerce sales and profitability
  • Identify new areas of e-Commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
  • Keep the Company at the forefront of new technologies

Requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing & e-Commerce role
  • Extensive knowledge of e-Commerce technology
  • Prior experience in e-Commerce, SEO, PPC, e-mail Marketing and Social Media:
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO & Affiliate programs
  • Facility with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and basic video editing
  • Place ads and analyze ROI in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and all other relevant social platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions:
  • Expertise with Excel
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives
  • Strong understanding of current online and traditional marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
